ABT Property Management understands the struggle of finding the right home, let alone finding one that welcomes your 4 legged companion. We are happy to offer pet friendly living at all of our rental properties.
To ensure our properties can remain at a high standard, the following policies are in place in regards to having an animal in one of our communities. To maintain the best quality of our properties we will require pet information and veterinarian documentation on file for all pets. Additionally, pet fees/rent will also apply.
Pet Rules/Regulations
- Two pet limit per apartment, either cat or dog
- $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $25 monthly pet rent per pet
- Pets need to be leased on the property at all times
- Clean up after your pet & properly dispose of waste
- Aggressive animals are not allowed on the property
- Veterinarian documentation will be required to be on file

- Pit Bull Terrier/Pit Bull Mixes
- Chow Chow
